Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance

  • Support the Director with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily administrative activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Director and various departments.
  • Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and execution of assigned tasks.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with branches and departments to collect, compile, and consolidate business reports.
  • Track ongoing projects, assignments, and action items, providing regular status updates to the Director.
  • Follow up with sales teams and other departments for timely submission of reports and performance data.
  • Prepare structured reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments and management.
  • Ensure timely closure of action points and escalation of critical issues when required.
  • Support business operations through effective coordination and follow-through.

Administrative Management

  • Handle office administration and documentation activities.
  • Maintain records, correspondence, meeting minutes, and important business documents.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements.

MIS & System Management

  • Utilize MS Office applications and ERP systems for reporting and data management.
  • Conduct online research and prepare information summaries for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of business data and reports.
