Job description

• Working on shipments to multiple countries
• Working on shipment paperwork, supporting team on packaging and documentation.
• Working with BD team and inter site team for proposal management.
• Writing proposals with understanding on timelines and costing of project.
• Writing MOM for client calls.
• Mapping project progress and escalating to manager in case of any deviation.
• Client communication for project progress.
• Track project progress and business updates like OTIF, Projects inflow, Project progress using Smartsheet and other PM tools.
• Full time degree in MSc / Mpharm / MBA.
