Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

• Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
• Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Quality Control:

• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

Coordination & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, and logistics) for seamless operations.
• Act as a point of contact between production and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Process Improvement:

• Identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
