Sr Education Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineering, customer support, and R&D teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain training content including lectures, labs, demos, and assessments aligned with software releases and verification standards.
• Deliver technical training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments.
• Create engaging online learning content including narrated videos demonstrating tools, languages, and verification methodologies.
• Support learners by resolving technical queries related to labs, simulations, and training material.
• Continuously update training content based on changes in verification tools, flows, and methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality instructional design and accuracy across all training deliverables.
• Work independently to plan and execute multiple training development initiatives.
