Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Growth:
- Design & Implement Sales Strategies: Develop breakthrough sales strategies to capture emerging markets, driving double-digit growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Accelerate Growth in Government Vertical (India): Expand Honeywell's $20M Government business in India by leveraging cross-functional SBU partnerships and driving market leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver integrated solutions that maximize customer ROI and dominate market share.
- Strategic Alliances: Forge and sustain partnerships with specifiers, end-users, contractors, and OEMs, positioning Honeywell as the unrivaled choice in building automation.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use data analytics and market intelligence to generate demand, surpass competitors, and unlock at least 4X pipeline opportunities annually.
- Cross-Selling Initiatives: Lead efforts to maximize wallet share and ensure seamless adoption of Honeywell's end-to-end BA ecosystem across various sectors.
Market Leadership:
- Industry Trend Anticipation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to pioneer disruptive innovations and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Partnership Cultivation: Build long-term relationships with industry leaders to create multi-year revenue streams and expand Honeywell's influence.
- Customer Feedback Utilization: Translate customer insights into actionable R&D and marketing strategies, ensuring Honeywell's solutions set the benchmark in the industry.
Team Leadership:
- Sales Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of relentless execution, collaboration, and accountability.
- Tools & Training: Provide teams with cutting-edge tools, resources, and training to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Set aggressive KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive consistent overachievement against AOP goals.
You Must Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in strategic sales/business development, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in matrixed, global organizations.
- Skills:
- Expertise in multi-channel GTM strategies (direct, distribution, system integrators).
- Superior negotiation, analytical, and executive communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 50%+, including international assignments.
