SR Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions across various verticals
• Handle hiring requirements from mid-level to senior-level roles
• Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports regularly
