Sr Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across life insurance workflows
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and technical leads to deliver solutions
• Support development of digital platforms for financial services products
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and planning discussions
• Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Track project progress using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ensure clarity in communication of objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Apply logical reasoning to connect business needs with system solutions
• Balance process compliance with business outcomes and delivery efficiency
