Sr. Associate IS Voice Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Associate IS Voice Engineer to join our team in India. This role involves designing and maintaining voice communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing systems.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on voice technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or similar systems.
• Knowledge of telephony hardware and software integration.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and IP networking concepts.
• Familiarity with call center technologies and solutions.
• Ability to analyze and optimize voice traffic and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
