Sr. Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and visualize design solutions by reviewing relevant information from the requested materials, studying organization service context, and communicating design proposals with stakeholders
• Create and present concept illustrations by developing example arrangements, including size, type, and style, and submitting them for approval
• Produce client-ready design deliverables using Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools)
• Strengthen creative quality by reviewing final artifacts and recommending improvements when necessary
• Finalize graphic design outputs by operating required equipment for multimedia and print production
• Coordinate with colleagues, the marketing team, and outside print agencies as needed
• Support team objectives by completing tasks within required timelines and providing status updates/reporting
• Actively participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives for the Team Unit and Organization
