Sr Analyst II Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components.
• Project Delivery: Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
• Production Support: Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.
