• We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Spot Offer role in our Oriya/Assamese voice process. This position involves providing excellent customer service to our clients through effective communication in the Oriya or Assamese language.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers in Oriya/Assamese language.
• Provide information and assistance regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Oriya and/or Assamese language (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.
