Splunk Developer - ITSI & SIEM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Splunk applications, dashboards, and visualizations for ITSM and SIEM use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Splunk-based analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain SPL (Search Processing Language) queries and scripts for automation and reporting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Splunk indexing, data ingestion, and search performance.
• Integrate data sources using REST APIs, web services, and other ingestion mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL/COBIT frameworks and industry best practices in IT service management.
• Optimize Splunk performance, searches, and data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Support incident detection, security monitoring, and operational analytics through SIEM dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, scripts, and system configurations.
