Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure custom dashboards and charts using Chart Builder.
• Design and implement SignalFlow detectors including composite alerts and SLO burn-rate alerts.
• Configure APM capabilities such as Business Workflows and AlwaysOn Profiling.
• Develop and maintain synthetic monitoring solutions including browser-based and API-based tests.
• Recreate and optimize dashboards aligned with target-state standards.
• Collaborate on alert migration, tuning, and validation processes.
• Enable log-trace correlation for improved observability.
• Troubleshoot ingestion issues and address observability gaps.
• Work with teams to implement reusable monitoring patterns and standards.
