• Administer and maintain Splunk monitoring and analytics platform.
• Perform system monitoring and performance tuning for enterprise environments.
• Handle incident management and resolve technical issues using ticketing systems.
• Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, and application issues.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and application-level problems.
