Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop curriculum:
- Design and develop training content including presentations, handouts, and self paced learning platforms, that align with Googles best practices and industry standards.
- Keep the training curriculum up-to-date with the latest changes and updates in the Google
Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, both in-person and virtually.
- Adapt training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Inspire confidence enthusiasm in the trainees while delivering customer centric solutions.
- Handle both New Hire On-Floor Trainings
Hands-on Demonstrations:
- Provide practical, hands-on demonstrations of Google workspace solutions and functionalities, illustrating how to position a product feature, handle objections and identify opportunities for growth.
- Make trainees well versed with navigation of the tools used
- Offer real-world examples and case studies to enhance understanding.
Support during and after the training:
- Address participants questions and concerns during training sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Provide ongoing support to trainees as they apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios
Performance Evaluation:
- Assess the progress and performance of trainees through quizzes, exercises, and practical assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills.
Stay Informed:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in Google policies, and updates to the platform, ensuring that training materials are current and relevant.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with the various teams such as Operations, Quality and the end Clients to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Continuous Improvement:
- Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training programs.
- Proactively identify areas for enhancement and develop new training modules as needed.
- Open to feedback and adapt quickly to the changing business requirements based
Tracking Performance:
- Post teams going live on production floor, track performance in terms of the KPIs defined for the program
- Bring changes to the curriculum based on past batch performance and feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience handling Sales
- Proven experience in Training, particularly on Sales.
- Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills.
- Can use MS Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, Google Slides, MS Word, Google Docs with ease.
- Ability to adapt training content for different skill levels, audiences changing business environment
- Experience in developing curriculum and training materials.
- Up-to-date knowledge of newer sales techniques
- Highly motivated, patient and supportive demeanor with a passion for educating empowering trainees.
