We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer specializing in API Automation using Karate Framework to join our quality engineering team The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain automated API test suites

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Karate Framework


• Create reusable feature files for REST API validation


• Analyze API specifications SwaggerOpenAPI


• Perform functional regression integration and endtoend testing


• Integrate automation into CICD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions


• Manage test data and environments


• Log and track defects using Jira


• Generate reports and maintain documentation

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Karate Framework


• Knowledge of REST APIs JSON XML


• Basic to intermediate Java skills


• Understanding of BDD Gherkin


• Tools Technologies


• Karate Postman


• Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps


• Git Jira

• Performance testing JMeter


• Microservices Docker Kubernetes


• AgileScrum experience

Experience -

• 3-7 years testing experience


• 2 years in API automation Karate


• Bachelors degree in relevant field
