Job Description

Creates promotes and fosters individual and organizational effectiveness with an array of progressive and diverse programs Implements and monitors these programs to enhance employee development partnerships and organizational enrichment Possesses the knowledge of LOD theories techniques and interventions and uses this knowledge to execute and support LOD interventions and evaluate their effectiveness

Job Purpose

  • Have a strong understanding of the organizations objectives Develop and execute LOD interventions aligned to these objectives
  • Develop opportunities for employees to learn and grow professionally and perform to their maximum potential
  • Act as liaison and advisor to the organizations stakeholders and facilitate initiatives across the organization

Principal Accountabilities

  • Designs and develops frameworks programs content and provides support in ensuring its successful implementation
  • Ensures timely roll out of various interventions learning journeyssessionsbatches as per the defined calendar
  • Facilitates workshops meetings webinars with relevant stakeholders
  • Manages and ensures smooth working of the platformstoolsapps
  • Defines updates and socializes Policies and Processes
  • Tracks and improves Employee Training Satisfaction Index Training Effectiveness Index Employee Satisfaction Index Training Penetration Index
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the key trends in technology and digitalization
  • Identifies inefficiencies recommends solutions to improve system configuration automate manual processes and reports
  • Gather and analyse facts and data to provide business solutions
  • Identifies and incorporates best practices needed for continuous improvement and manages expectations
  • Supports audits and provides inputs for continuous improvement basis the audit observations
  • Ensures adherence of Policies and Processes while responding to transactions

Secondary Accountabilities

Resolves queries tickets within the SLA
