Specialist - EUC Imaging

We'll look to you for:

• Building and implementing deployment strategies for Windows environments
• Collaborating with various IT teams to integrate and finalize designs
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of Alstom Image versions
• Developing test procedures and managing risks associated with deployments
• Providing high-level troubleshooting and technical support
• Contributing to the development of new SOE builds, migrations, and upgrades
• Enhancing engagement with business and IT partners

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• over all 7+year of experience
• Experience or understanding of Autopilot & SOE/Imaging, Intune, OS Migrations, and OS troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11/10, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Experience in a global IT environment and ITIL processes
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing global processes and availability for on-call emergency situations
