Specialist - CyberSecurity

• Own and manage Routing Switching domain responsibilities
• Must have strong advanced to expert-level knowledge and hands-on skills in Enterprise Networking Routing Switching
• Collaborate closely with Incident Management teams and prioritize incidents communicated by them
• Participate in all Bridge Lines activities for troubleshooting, working with the customer and relevant stakeholders
• Partner with Project teams to support Configuration details for both Hardware and software
• Ensure any new process updates or technical updates are cascaded to the entire team
• Responsible for handling incidents escalated from Tier 1 or raised directly by a customer
• Accurately assess incident priority and business impact; for all priority P1 and P2 high-priority tickets, involve Tier 3 engineers and the Incident Management team
• Responsible for reviewing outcomes of any prior actions taken before assuming ownership of an incident to ensure proper incident analysis and diagnosis
• Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers on more complex issues

Change Management Responsibilities

• Verify change request documents to ensure all Pre/Post checks are completed for every change by the Project team
• Conduct Alarm suppression activities during the Change window and coordinate with Tier 3 engineers as needed
• Tier 2 Engineers should coordinate with TAC and BU for all escalated issues until the issue is fully closed
• This is a hybrid role requiring working experience in advanced troubleshooting for IP RS; includes traditional knowledge spanning Data Center 20 and Wireless 10
