Job Description

Key deliverables:

  1. Manage end-to-end monthly employee incentive processing and disbursements
  2. Support audits with payroll and ESOP data and documentation
  3. Identify, analyze, and minimize leakages in incentive payouts
  4. Maintain accurate incentive records and support HR queries

Role responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business teams to collect and validate performance data
  2. Implement checks for accurate and compliant incentive processing
  3. Provide data and timely responses for internal and external audits
  4. Monitor trends in payouts to detect discrepancies and ensure compliance
