Job Description
The QlikSense Administrator is responsible for support and maintenance of Qlik environments across OnPrem and/or GCP platforms. This role involves handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing changes, and ensuring Qlik Platform performance, security, and availability in a 24x7 environment.
Responsibilities:
• QlikSense Administration (including Qlik Management Console/QMC)
• Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Cloud Administration
• Good Communication and Interpretation Skills
• Experience with infra automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, batch scripting)
• Troubleshooting and resolving OS, application, and networking issues
• User and security management in Qlik
• Upgrades, patches, Disaster Recovery and environment monitoring for Qlik
• Knowledge of LDAP authentication and SSL implementation
• Managing data connections, extensions, and scheduling (Nprinting)
• Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts and should have experience with Business Intelligence projects
• GCP/AWS skills (preferred)
• Understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 support with on-call rotation.
