- Installation and Maintenance Installation Upgradation Fix Pack of MQ
- Troubleshooting Proficient in solving and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Production and DR Environments Experience working in these environments
- OS Operations Good knowledge of Linux AIX and Windows
- Communication Skills Excellent
- Support Model Able to support in a 24x7 model
