Job Description
ITRS Monitoring Specialist with an experience of 5-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery
- Ensure smooth and efficient IT service delivery adhering to service level agreements SLAs and quality standards
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
- Incident Management
- Manage and resolve incidents effectively following established procedures
- Document incident details track resolutions and analyze trends
- Problem Management
- Identify and analyze recurring incidents to prevent future issues
- Develop and implement solutions to eliminate root causes
- Change Management:
- Support the planning and implementation of IT changes ensuring minimal disruption
- Communicate change details to affected stakeholders
- IT Service Management Processes:
- Understand and apply IT Service Management ITSM methodologies eg ITIL
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM processes
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of IT services and procedures
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track service performance
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of ITRSIT Service Management including hardware software and networking
- Familiarity with common IT tools and technologies eg ticketing systems monitoring tools
- ITRS Knowledge
- Solid understanding of ITRS principles and practices
- Experience with other monitoring tools will have a advantage
- ProblemSolving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and trends
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
Experience
- Specify the required years of experience in IT service management or related roles
- Mention any specific certifications or qualifications eg ITIL Foundation ITIL Expert
