Experience 4 to 6 years in IT services with at least 3 years in
IT Service Automation Orchestration Scripting Process Assessment
DevOps Build and Release Automation continuous integration and deployment using configuration tools
Integrating various tools
Scripting Languages Proficient in at least two such as Python PowerShell VBScript Shell Script and Perl Preference is Python
Orchestrators Working knowledge in at least two such as ServiceNow MS System Center Orchestrator HP OO BMC Atrium Orchestrator
Automation Configuration Management Experience using tools like Ansible Puppet Chef or any equivalent tool
Release Tools Experience with Jenkins Docker Terraform Maven GIT and artifact repositories
Knowledge in one or more such as Java NET JEEE
Database Technologies Working knowledge of MSSQL MySQL Oracle
Code Validation Tools Handson experience with SonarQube
RPA Tools Experience with Automation Anywhere UI Path good to have skills
GenAI Tools Work experience on any GenAI tools for code development or Automation solution preferred

Process Skills

Conversant with typical software development processes and methodologies
Knowledge in one or more system administrative activities like monitoring service requests incident management change management maintenance
Very good understanding of compliance perspectives related to code or automation use cases development
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in training grooming people
Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team

Roles Responsibilities

Assessing customer infrastructure support to identify gaps and prepare process improvement plans and solutions
Designing and building tools systems to automate daily operational activities to improve client and developer experience
Creating a repository of workflows run books rules configurations
Building a methodology by leveraging DevOps best practices of reusability increasing productivity and optimizing the use of existing resources
Working on incremental code testing and deployment including code vulnerability validation
Designing and developing point solutions to meet business needs
Evaluating a variety of opensource technologies and tools for the best solution
Creating a repository of plugins for various IT applications and tools
Working with multiple orchestrators to create workflows
Working with multiple scripting languages to create integration tasks
Validating the success matrix of executed automation and knowledge to validate ROI
Undertaking designated skill knowledge development of the organization including training NextLevel team members.
