Sourcing Operations Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing processes from supplier identification to agreement execution, ensuring compliance with procurement strategies.
• Engage with external vendors and service providers to manage outsourced sourcing tasks, ensuring quality and goal alignment.
• Support the agreement life-cycle, including drafting, execution, renewal, and resolving issues in collaboration with partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to ensure smooth sourcing operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing methodologies.
• Experience with sourcing tools and software such as eSourcing platforms and agreement management systems.
