Your Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect with a focus on Data Platforms, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive Big Data Solutions across various platforms and managing extensive data repositories. Your knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies will enable you to develop customized data solutions for our clients.

Your Key Duties Will Involve

• Comprehensive Solution Design: Create end-to-end Big Data Solutions across multiple platforms, applying industry standards and best practices to fulfill client requirements.
• Data Platform Architecture Leadership: Spearhead the architecture development for data platforms and cognitive components, incorporating unstructured data technologies, annotation, and related data analytics.
• Large Data Repository Oversight: Oversee and maintain sizable data repositories, ensuring optimal scalability and performance, utilizing your knowledge of the HADOOP Framework, Ecosystem, MapReduce, and Data on Containers.
• Cloud-Based Solution Development: Design data solutions leveraging Cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, or Cloud-Native data platforms like Snowflake, tailored to specific client needs.
• Client-Focused Solution Delivery: Work directly with clients to ascertain their requirements and provide tailored data solutions that align with their business goals.

Master's Degree

Essential Technical and Professional Qualifications

• Data Platform Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in designing and managing architectures for data platforms and cognitive components, including unstructured data technologies, annotation, and associated data analytics.
• Big Data Solution Development: Demonstrated experience in creating comprehensive Big Data Solutions across various platforms, integrating industry standards and best practices.
• Management of Large Data Repositories: Experience in overseeing and maintaining extensive data repositories (terabyte scale or larger), ensuring scalability and performance.
• Familiarity with Cloud-Native Platforms: Proficient in Cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, or Cloud-Native data platforms like Snowflake.
• Knowledge of HADOOP Framework and Ecosystem: Experience with the HADOOP Framework, Ecosystem, MapReduce, and Data on Containers (including data in OpenShift).

• Cloud-Native Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, or Cloud-Native data platforms like Snowflake, with the capability to design and execute scalable data solutions.
• Expertise in Unstructured Data Technologies: Experience with unstructured data technologies, annotation, and relevant data analytics, with the ability to integrate these into cohesive data solutions.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards and Best Practices: Experience with industry standards and best practices for data platform architecture and big data solution design, with the ability to implement these to satisfy client requirements.
