Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design & Strategy: Lead the design and development of holistic solution architectures for complex systems, applications, and integrations. Define architectural principles, standards, and guidelines. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new technologies.
• Requirements Analysis & Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to understand detailed business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Technology Evaluation & Selection: Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, tools, and third-party solutions to meet architectural and business needs. Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and feasibility studies.
• Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural patterns and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Present and articulate complex architectural concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management, clients, and development teams. Manage expectations and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks in proposed solutions. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and deployment models. Ensure solutions are well-documented and easily maintainable.
• Cost Optimization: Design solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and operational efficiency, leveraging cloud services and optimized resource utilization where appropriate.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns. Drive continuous improvement in the solution architecture practice.
