Software Testing Engineers

Description

We are looking for Software Testing Engineers to join our dynamic team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
• Identify, record, and track defects in the software system.
• Perform regression testing and ensure software quality before release.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to enhance software performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Understanding of databases and experience with SQL for backend testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
