About the Role

If you’re driven by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions with measurable business impact, we want you as an experienced Salesforce Test Lead. You will spearhead end-to-end testing efforts across enterprise Salesforce platforms, specifically within the insurance domain.

In this position, you will lead testing across multiple releases, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure thorough functional and integration test coverage. You will also help enable successful business acceptance testing. This role offers an opportunity to own quality engineering outcomes while contributing to large-scale, business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce applications across multiple releases.
• Create and drive test strategy, test plans, estimation, and execution approach for functional and integration testing.
• Coordinate testing efforts across CRM and business applications to ensure full coverage of key business processes.
• Verify integrations through API testing and backend database validation.
• Manage defects by tracking, prioritizing, and ensuring timely resolution in coordination with development teams.
• Produce and maintain test evidence, execution reports, quality metrics, and release dashboards.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and UAT teams to support successful business acceptance testing.
• Coordinate release testing activities and contribute to production readiness.
• Mentor team members and reinforce testing best practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading Salesforce testing engagements.
• Practical expertise in Functional Testing and Integration Testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM applications and business workflows.
• Experience validating APIs and backend databases.
• Solid knowledge of test planning, execution, defect lifecycle management, reporting, and release coordination.
• Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Claims applications in the insurance domain is an advantage.
• Background in end-to-end business process testing across integrated enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks or automation initiatives is a plus.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release activities.
