Software Engineering Manager - Google Cloud Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of software applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and best practices
• Manage, mentor, and scale engineering teams to ensure high performance and continuous skill development
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and delivery plans
• Ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, performance, and security across systems
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering guidelines and best practices
• Drive adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices
• Oversee system design decisions and cloud infrastructure architecture
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards
