Software Engineering Manager - Google Cloud Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and development best practices
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers to ensure high performance and career development
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities
• Ensure high code quality, scalability, performance, and security across all software deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards and best practices
• Drive adoption of agile development methodologies and continuous delivery practices
• Oversee system design, cloud infrastructure decisions, and application performance optimization
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational challenges
• Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient use of cloud infrastructure within healthcare environments
