Software Engineering Manager - Google Cloud Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications on Google Cloud Platform
• Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and development practices
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities
• Ensure high-quality code delivery, scalability, performance, and adherence to engineering best practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across development teams
• Drive adoption of agile development methodologies and continuous delivery practices
• Oversee system design, cloud infrastructure decisions, and application performance optimization
• Identify risks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective solutions
• Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient use of cloud resources within healthcare domain requirements
