Software Engineering Manager, Android GPU Driver Quality

Responsibilities

• Work with industry partners, game and high-performance application developers to find driver regressions, transform them into certifications with partners.
• Drive the definition and promotion of Android driver quality metrics to measure success.
• Nurture and grow a team of Engineers by developing their technical skills.
• Build an organization designed for long-term, sustained impact.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
• Experience working with Android.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in game development.
• Experience in GPU Driver creation, modification, testing or debugging.
• Experience with OpenGL ES, OpenCL, or Vulkan.
