Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy new Spanner features and enhancements.
2. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure quality software development.
3. Architect and design scalable, reliable systems to optimize performance and meet customer needs.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
3. 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
4. 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
