Key Responsibilities

Customer Issue Analysis & Support

• Work with application and product engineers to analyze customer-reported issues
• Debug complex software and synthesis problems in EDA workflows
• Identify root causes and provide effective technical solutions

Software Development & Enhancement

• Develop new features and enhancements in synthesis tools
• Improve tool performance in terms of timing, area, and power optimization
• Work on algorithmic improvements for EDA software systems

R&D & Problem Solving

• Engage in research-driven problem solving where solutions are not predefined
• Contribute to innovative improvements in chip design automation tools
• Apply computational methods to optimize synthesis outcomes

Debugging & Maintenance

• Debug software in Linux-based development environments
• Maintain and improve existing codebases in C/C++
• Ensure robustness, correctness, and performance of engineering tools
