Software Development Snr Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of network development engineers.
• Set technical direction and establish best practices for network development and operations.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Network Automation, Network Monitoring, and Operations teams.
• Champion operational excellence: change management, documentation/run-books, readiness reviews, and network operations.
• Represent FastConnect with customers and partners, translating requirements into deliverable roadmaps.
• Ensure reliability and performance of network services through change, incident, and capacity management.
