Software Development Engineer IV

Key Deliverables:

1. Own end-to-end design/architecture of complex systems, ensuring alignment with the team's technology vision.
2. Lead and mentor the team, driving best practices, and facilitating technical tasks through regular code reviews and architecture discussions.
3. Implement long-term technology vision for the team, ensuring continuous improvement of the product.
4. Design and develop solutions for mission-critical applications, making decisions on technology and tool choices.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Partner with product/business teams to translate product features and specifications into high-level and low-level designs.
2. Drive the development of real-time internet or high-scale SAAS applications with deep expertise in database design and performance tuning.
3. Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems related to Client-facing Applications, Smart Catalog, Search & Merchandising, and other key business areas.
4. Experiment with and drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance team performance.
