Software Development Engineer in Test

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being part in defining, building and maintaining globally used cloud solutions
• Active participation in team responsibilities and process development in globally distributed organization

Required Skills and Experience

• Primary responsibility of writing frameworks and tools to test products, combining the 'building' aspect of software design engineering with the 'breaking' aspect of software test engineering.
• Work with Software Development Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers to understand project features, review technical designs, and implement automated test tools that help deliver quality features with efficiency
• Experience testing WebServices, REST APIs, multi-tier web components
• Perform functional, design, regression, accessibility, and performance testing
• Identify, isolate, regress and communicate issues/defects with detailed reproduction steps
• Analyze test logs; create test reports, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ability to respond to support-reported bugs to obtain relevant information in order to reproduce the reported issues.
• Experience with using frameworks such as Pytest, TestNG, Selenium, Postman

Desirable Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of QA testing experience, including working on automation frameworks
• Hands on experience using tools like JIRA, Jenkins.
• Strong coding skills using Python and/or C#
• Demonstrable proficiency with a wide variety of Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as S3, EC2, and IAM
• Security testing and performance experience is a plus
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Ability to work in a team environment, work with and motivate others
