As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will:

Lead efforts in designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support healthcare platform, applications, and our end users.
Own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production.
Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
Be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers (demonstrating ownership).

Lead the design and implementation of next generation of Health Care Applications.
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adhering to coding standards.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in cloud development, architecture, and deployment.
Strong development experience in Java.
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Intimate, working understanding of modern web applications from database to user interface.
Proficient in object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation.
Experience building cloud-based platforms that enable application design, development, testing, and distribution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
