  • Should have experience in a production environment for managing applications/solutions
  • AWS technologies knowledge is required
  • Work on Monitoring the prod applications KPI
  • Resolving & troubleshooting complex application issues
  • Work on Problem management
  • collaborate with cross teams and able to resolve the issue
  • Metrics reporting on resolution time and ticket inflow etc
  • Able to identify the ticket inflow trend
  • Able to come up with the proactive measure
  • Able to do operational efficiencies and innovations to enhance customer experience
  • Should have strong communication and written English
  • Able to identify the area of improvement & develop better relationships with customers
