- Should have experience in a production environment for managing applications/solutions
- AWS technologies knowledge is required
- Work on Monitoring the prod applications KPI
- Resolving & troubleshooting complex application issues
- Work on Problem management
- collaborate with cross teams and able to resolve the issue
- Metrics reporting on resolution time and ticket inflow etc
- Able to identify the ticket inflow trend
- Able to come up with the proactive measure
- Able to do operational efficiencies and innovations to enhance customer experience
- Should have strong communication and written English
- Able to identify the area of improvement & develop better relationships with customers
