Job Overview:

• In your role within the Infosys Equinox delivery team, your main responsibility will be to facilitate effective Design Development Validation and Support initiatives, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service in the technology sector.
• You will collect and analyze requirements and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, translating these into system requirements.
• Your involvement will be crucial in estimating work requirements, providing accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

• Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing identified issues
• Reviewing logs and debugging problems
• Troubleshooting and triaging issues
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensuring service restoration or arranging for appropriate remedies
• Initiating bridge calls for major incidents (P1)
• Tracking issues until resolution
• Coordinating with stakeholders for root cause corrective and preventive actions

Key Duties:

• Engage actively in requirement analysis and grooming sessions
• Participate fully to comprehend the design specifications for the requirements to be developed
• Create clean, efficient code based on the design specifications
• Ensure that all produced code complies with quality checks, including Standards and Guidelines, SonarQube, and Unit Test Coverage
• Conduct unit tests on developed code to identify and resolve bugs
• Verify and deploy code modifications to the appropriate environments
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide necessary fixes
• Offer critical support during releases and prioritize issue resolution
• Update documentation for troubleshooting, FAQs, deployment, release notes, and macro updates
• Mentor Software Trainees and Software Developers in their daily tasks
• Train newly hired Software Trainees and Developers for efficient task performance
• Act as a Full Stack Developer, cross-skilling with other technologies utilized across platform implementations

Technical Skills Required:

• Spring Boot, Hibernate, Design Patterns, Microservices, Node, React, Java, AI Usage

• Comprehensive understanding of the platform's functional capabilities
• Full Stack development experience
