Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on communication, customer interaction, and professional behavior.
  • Design and deliver Voice & Accent (VnA) and Soft Skills training modules tailored to business needs.
  • Assess participants' communication abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Develop training materials, role plays, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Monitor trainee performance and track progress through evaluations and reports.
  • Continuously update training techniques and content to align with industry standards.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting Soft Skills and Voice & Accent (VnA) training sessions

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
