Job Description

Hiring dynamic and dedicated candidates for the role of Collection Executive for a US-based voice process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers regarding pending dues

Educate customers about their outstanding balances and payment options

Negotiate and set up payment plans as per company policies

Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment completion

Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection targets

Adhere to company guidelines, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Age limit: Up to 45 years

No stability issues (consistent work history preferred)

No LOPs (Loss of Pay issues)

Comfortable working in night shifts (US Process)

Prior experience in collections or BPO is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: 16,000 – 18,000 in-hand

2,000 Performance Incentive

1,000 Attendance Bonus

Experienced Candidates: Up to 28,500 in-hand

2,000 Performance Incentive

1,000 Attendance Bonus

Shift Details:

US Shift: 6:30 PM – 9:30 AM (Rotational shifts)

2 Rotational Week-offs
