Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posts across all platforms.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (text, images, videos, memes) to encourage community interaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce original multimedia content.
  • Adapt content for each platform's audience and tone.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's visual identity and voice.

Community Engagement & Management:

  • Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster an online community by initiating discussions and engaging with followers.
  • Serve as the first line of customer service, escalating issues when necessary.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand reach and engagement.
