Social Media Intern (Internship / Freshers)

Yeti is looking for a Social Media Intern to manage content planning, create engaging posts, track trends, and help grow our online presence across social platforms.

Yeti is looking for a Social Media Intern who can actively manage, optimise, and grow Yeti's social media presence. This role is not just about posting content. The person should stay on top of trends, create content ideas, push for regular reels, improve page presentation, track performance, and make sure Yeti looks active, sharp, and relevant online. The goal is simple: make Yeti more visible, more relatable, and more trusted across social media.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and optimise Yeti's social media pages.

● Plan content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and LinkedIn content.

● Stay updated with trends, hooks, formats, audios, and platform changes.

● Create simple reel concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and story ideas.

● Coordinate content shoots whenever needed.

● Maintain a weekly content calendar.

● Ensure consistent posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

● Track content performance and suggest improvements.

● Repurpose content into reels, posts, carousels, LinkedIn posts, and stories.

● Optimise bios, highlights, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and profile presentation.

● Coordinate with designers, editors, or founders when needed.

● Make sure content does not get delayed due to a lack of planning or follow-up.

Desired Skills:

● Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, stories, and brand content.

● Knows what type of content is currently working online.

● Good sense of hooks, trends, captions, and short-form video formats.

● Creative, proactive, and highly organised.

● Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

● Basic understanding of SaaS, marketing, automation, or business content is a plus.

● Can write simple, catchy, and non-boring content.

● Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati.

● Comfortable maintaining content calendars and posting schedules.

● Should have a basic knowledge of creating out-of-the-box designs using ChatGPT and Canva, and have basic editing skills.
