Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Identify key platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Generate creative content ideas and create or curate engaging text, images, and video content. Collaborate with the design team to maintain on-brand visuals.
  • Platform Management: Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Community Engagement: Build and grow social media communities by initiating conversations, addressing customer queries, and fostering relationships with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Optimize performance using analytics and tracking tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, algorithms, and best practices. Explore new platforms and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, design, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with overall initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as required.
