Job Description

• Candidate should be BSW/Social field experience.

• Should have 5 yrs of experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Policy and program support: Assist in updating social policies, analyze data, and provide technical advice for social protection, gender equality, and poverty reduction programs.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Work with government institutions, NGOs, civil society, and community members to gather input, build partnerships, and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Project management: Monitor the progress of social development projects, conduct assessments, and help ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Research and reporting: Conduct research on social issues, prepare reports on project status, and analyze trends to inform future strategies.
  • Capacity building: Support the development of community and institutional capacities to improve access to essential services like health and social services.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including other development institutions and the private sector, on social sector issues.
