Snr.Spec. DDIT APD Sol Del Visualization

• Strong Power BI skills to oversee the creation and management of BI and analytics solutions,
• Drives the success of technology usage for solution delivery, best practices and standards definition, compliance, smooth transition to operations, improvements and enablement of the business.
• Support Solution delivery lead & visualization lead on existing, new and upcoming features, technology decisioning and roadmap.
• Collaborate with the solution architect and platform architect on the visualization architecture pattern to be applied based on functional requirements and non-functional requirements and considering the available technical patterns.
• Define & Drive DevOps Roadmap to enable Agile ways of working, Enable CI/CD pipeline, Automation for self-serve governance of Power BI platform, in collaboration with the Platform lead.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with security and compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Information Security & Compliance (ISC), Legal, ethics and other compliance policies and procedures in defining architecture standards, patterns, and platform solutions

Role Requirements

• 8-10 years of IT experience in the area of Data and Analytics , Visualization area with strong exposure to Power BI Solution delivery and Platform Automation in a highly qualified technical function and global matrix organization.
• In depth understanding of database management systems, ETL, OLAP, data lake technologies.
• Experience in Power BI. Knowledge of other visualization technologies is a plus.
• Pharma domain specialization is a plus and understanding of data usage across the end-to-end enterprise value chain.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and time management aligned with Novartis Values & Behaviors; deep technical expertise and understanding of the business processes and systems.
• Experience in managing vendor and customer expectations and driving techno-functional discussion; understanding of the demand to sustain and project financial processes.
