About The Role
We are seeking a Snowflake Data Engineer who will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud data warehouses utilizing the Snowflake platform. This role is crucial in ensuring high performance, security, and cost efficiency for extensive data integration, transformation, and analytics tasks.
Job Title: Snowflake Data Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Design and Development: Create scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Snowflake functionalities like Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe for data ingestion and transformation.
- Infrastructure Optimization and Security: Oversee warehouse performance, manage costs and computational resources, while enforcing strong security protocols and best practices in data modeling.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Airflow, Python, SQL, and AWS. The position centers on core implementation and does not require expertise in data modeling or design.
