Skin and Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Skin and Spa Therapist to deliver a wide range of face and body treatments with professionalism, care, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of skincare, relaxation techniques, and body therapies, combined with a passion for wellness and client satisfaction.

This role involves delivering high-quality facials, massages, body treatments, and spa rituals, ensuring a relaxing and results-driven experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Skin & Facial Treatments

• Perform customized skincare services such as clean-ups, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct detailed skin consultations to identify skin types and concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare.
• Stay updated on skincare products and tools used in treatments (e.g., serums, masks, machines).

Body & Spa Therapies

• Provide various massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, and head massages.
• Deliver spa services including body scrubs, wraps, detox treatments, and relaxation rituals.
• Ensure a tranquil and hygienic environment that enhances the guest's wellness experience.

 Client Experience & Service

• Greet clients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and address concerns or contraindications.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings through exceptional service.
• Recommend retail products and self-care tips to support treatment results.

 Operational Support & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Support the team in daily operations, spa promotions, and product inventory management.
